Commercial Painting

SERVICING NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY, THE KAWARTHAS AND QUINTE WEST

Painting for Businesses, Offices, Rentals, and More

A business must always portray its best qualities. Office managers, commercial landlords, and property owners are all aware that maintaining the entire building can be a challenge, but the right help can make a huge difference. This is where PHS can help. Commercial projects require extra steps to make sure business is not interrupted. We will work with our clients to create a schedule that works best for both parties. We are more than happy to work on special timelines, outside of normal working hours, in order to complete the project while accommodating our clients’ needs.

Preparation

Preparation is an integral step for all commercial painting projects, and the key to incredible results. During preparation, PHS will clean all surfaces, patch any imperfections, and apply coverings for all furniture and floors in the designated area of work.

Completion

Upon completion of any commercial project, PHS will perform a primary walk through before cleaning up the work area. We then perform a secondary walk through with our clients after the clean up is finished, to ensure satisfaction has been achieved.
